“Every day, we cook with ultra-fresh, seasonal, French and Austrian produce. Twice a year, I go to Alsace, Strasbourg, and to Valenciennes in the north of France. I discover, I taste, I savour; it’s a journey back to my native country, a journey through flavours. Then it’s my turn to make you discover, taste and savour our culinary creations. For me, cooking is about sharing, it’s about treating you!”
