Joëlle is a passionate French chef settled in Vienna since 2002. A culinary creator and virtuoso of super appetising, colourful dishes, light bites and other small treats. Her priorities? The impeccable quality of the produce, originality in the kitchen and excellence of service.
Chef Joëlle Raverdy’s daughter has been part of the team since September 2019. Active, efficient, vital and versatile, in a word, valued, alongside Edgar and Enkhsee. She is responsible for business relations with suppliers, purchases and orders, and the division of tasks.
